Online forums and mailing lists
Bare Bones Software maintains the following Google Groups to provide our customers with forums for discussing the use of our products and related issues:
You can view discussions in any group without subscribing. However, if you wish to post to a group, or receive new posts via email, you must join that group first. To join any group, just visit its web page and and choose the “Join this group” link.

Please note: These groups are not official support channels. Anyone who encounters a problem with our software (or isn’t sure if it’s working correctly), or who would like to request a feature or enhancement, should contact tech support directly for assistance.

Bare Bones Software maintains the BBSW-News mailing list for the distribution of product news and company information. BBSW-News is a low volume list (usually one or two messages per month).
